Shipping

Every piece is packed by hand with serious care — it's glass, and I've shipped a lot of it. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Fullerton, California via USPS, and most arrive within 2–4 days after that.

Orders $100 and up: FREE shipping (USPS Priority, US only)
Mini-plates: $7 (USPS First Class)
Everything else: $12 (USPS Priority)
Local pickup in Fullerton, CA: always free — choose it at checkout and I'll email you to arrange a time.

US shipping only for now. Outside the US? Email me and we'll figure something out.

Returns

I want you to love what you ordered. If a piece isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Email orders@gravesgallery.com to start a return — I'll confirm the return address.
The piece must arrive back in its original condition; please reuse the original packaging (it's engineered for glass).
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few days of the piece arriving back safely.

Arrived damaged?

If the carrier got rough with your package, email a photo of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right — replacement where possible (remember, most pieces are one of a kind) or a full refund including shipping. No need to mail broken glass back.
