Did you watch @american_primeval on Netflix? It was awesome! And very brutal. I bet life was as tough as they portrayed in mid-1800s! I am sure there are truths and exaggerations in it, but a story well told and filmed!! Hope there is more!!

I love visiting old churches and searching for St.

I love visiting old churches and searching for St. Michael killing the devil/devil when we travel and this vacation was no different. Caribbean islands are very catholic! In one church the custodian showed me the statues under repair that had been defaced. I always love a good scavenger hunt!! One day I will have to compile a book of all the st. Michael’s I have found! 👼🪽❤️

On a night boat tour in the Amazon, we found caiman, birds, and snakes! The nighttime in the Amazon is exciting and a little scary! I felt like I was 12 years old exploring the creeks in Georgia!! So exciting to see in person! The Amazon is an amazing contribution to our planet’s ecosystem!

The Opera House in Manaus Brazil is from the 1800’s and is a beautiful building with so much history! It is under reconstruction right now but so glad we got to see it before heading home!! To better understand and enjoy our world you have to get out and go see it!! I love to travel!!

It is New Years Eve and today, we had to say goodb

It is New Years Eve and today, we had to say goodbye to our oldest baby boy, Dagny. He was almost 14 years old. A very loveable, huggable kitty that we will miss terribly. He loved cuddling with a pillow on the couch to watch TV and treats of every kind! He loved to play with any toy that resembled a snake and often brought his toys to bed. But unfortunately and what seemed like almost overnight he quickly developed diabetes that led to other complications. Death is never easy and especially sad when you get hugs and kitty kisses every day. I am sure his brother Wyatt will met him at gate of the rainbow bridge to take him to heaven. We got to be with him during his last breaths and minutes on this earth. His purrs are all gone but his love will live within us forever! Goodbye my baby boy! We love you!
