Dichroic Meteor Shower Plate

Fragments of smoke, charcoal and pale gray glass are strewn with fiery red and yellow speckles, punctuated by patches of electric lime at the rim. Dichroic elements scattered through the collage flash rainbow iridescence — pink, cyan, gold — as light moves across the surface. A plate that literally changes with every angle, made for display on a stand where it can catch the light. Handmade by Gary Graves in Southern California. One of a kind.
